Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled CRM D365 CE Technical Functional with a focus on Field Service implementation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in customizations and configuring applications within Dynamics 365 CE, particularly in Field Service and Customer Service modules.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and actively participate in the implementation of Field Service and Customer Service solutions within Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement customizations to meet business needs.
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE applications, including entity customization, workflows, business rules, and integrations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Conduct user training sessions and create documentation as needed.
  • Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 CE features and best practices.



  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE, specifically in Field Service implementation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE architecture, configuration, and customization capabilities.
  • Experience in configuring and customizing Field Service and Customer Service modules.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, and other relevant programming languages.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • MB-240 Field Service certification preferred; additional Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus. desirable.

Salary Range: $107K – $150K + Benefits
