Job description:

AlphaBOLD is looking for an experienced HR Manager responsible for overseeing the complete hiring of its Lahore, PK & Carlsbad, CA office. You must know the recruiting cycle inside out. By recruiting cycle, we mean sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and negotiating compensation, the whole nine yards of recruitment. The Individual should have a strong interest in pursuing a career in HR. The professional will oversee the administration of policies, programs, and overall company morale.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • 7+ years relevant experience, preferably in IT industry.
  • Serve as a first point-of-contact for employee questions on HR policies and/or processes.
  • Administer benefits programs such as health, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
  • Create an annual recruiting calendar with a range of recruiting events.
  • Build relationships with consultant colleagues in relevant offices/practices to ensure appropriate representation.
  • Help the team to prepare and realize successful recruiting events for MBA, Masters, bachelors (coffee chats, presentations, career fairs, etc.).
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with high potential candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with the company regulations and discipline.
  • Work toward developing and improving the HR department.
  • Assist in policy development and implementation.
  • Understand legal reporting requirements and ensure compliance.
  • Work with the leadership team to maintain employee programs and a positive, engaging environment.
  • Support in processing and maintaining updated applications at all stages on internal platforms (e.g., ATS).
  • Manage a selection process and serve as a POC for candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the entire process from application stage to offer, including cultivation, offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Create weekly/monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics and share them with the management team.
  • Contribute to team projects and strategic sessions.
