Job Description: 

The Senior Functional NetSuite Consultant plays a key role in delivering business process transformation and ERP implementations using NetSuite. This individual will lead client-facing workshops, analyze functional requirements, design NetSuite solutions, and support adoption through training and UAT. The ideal candidate has strong experience with NetSuite functionality, process mapping, and integration recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements-gathering sessions and business process reviews with clients.
• Design scalable, best-practice NetSuite solutions for core modules (e.g., Financials, Order Management, Procurement).
• Conduct gap analysis and propose system enhancements or third-party apps where needed.
• Drive UAT, change management, and go-live processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and reporting needs.
• Deliver end-user training sessions and documentation to drive adoption.
• Support post-implementation client success and functional issue resolution.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to functional solution libraries.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years ERP consulting experience, including 3+ years with NetSuite.
• Completed at least 2 full-cycle NetSuite implementations.
• Strong understanding of business operations (Finance, Inventory, Procurement).
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and internal teams.
• Experience with business process flows, user roles, and permissions.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, or Information Systems.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to NetSuite integrations using Boomi, Celigo, or Mulesoft.
• Basic understanding of NetSuite customizations and SuiteApps.
• Familiarity with SaaS environments and SDLC methodologies.
