Job Title: Software Project Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Software Project Manager to lead and manage our software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of software development processes.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, considering scope, timelines, resources, and
  risks. Define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables. Collaborate with stakeholders to
  ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams. Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure team
  members have the resources needed to meet project goals. Foster a collaborative and positive team
  environment.
• Communication: Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, team members, and leadership.
  Conduct regular project meetings to review progress and address challenges. Ensure effective
  communication within the client, project team and across departments.
• Risk Management: Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues to
  prevent project delays or failures. Monitor and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and
  costs.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring effective utilization of resources. Track project
  expenses and report variances to leadership and client

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience of 3-4 years as a Software Project Manager in a client facing role with a successful
  track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget. Experience with Agile,
  Scrum and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Technical Skills: Solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies. Familiarity with project
  management tools and software (JIRA, MS Project, Azure DevOps).
• Communication Skills:mExcellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with technical and
  non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively.
