Our company just rolled out NetSuite in the past year, and we've had some struggles getting other support teams to customize the system to work for our teams. After struggling for months with Oracle's own NetSuite implementation and support teams, we discovered Alpha Bold, and it was like night and day. Alpha Bold not only listened to what we were trying to accomplish within the system, but they truly understood it and worked with us to find the best solution for our problems. By comparison, customizations by other teams felt clunky, and would launch random windows, and feel like a glitch. Alpha Bold on the other hand would build very intricate scripts to do exactly what we wanted, and they did it in such a way that it felt like it was a native part of the NetSuite system. I think the most important reason Alpha Bold has been so helpful is because they take the time to truly understand our pain-points with the system, what we're trying to accomplish, and why. We've built out a total of 3 or 4 very specific scripts/customizations so far, and while we're still tweaking and refining small pieces of them , they have far exceeded our expectations Alpha Bold has truly been the best NetSuite support experience we've found so far.

Our Finance Team was having trouble with NetSuite's native cash application solution - we were unable to apply Credit Memos to Invoices on the same transaction through a csv import and AlphaBOLD was able to help us overcome this so our team would not have to spend hours a day applying payments. It really sped up the process and freed up time for the team to research disputes!

Our company did not have the in-house expertise for implementing Single Sign-On for Microsoft Dynamics 365. AlphaBOLD has dealt with this issue numerous times and helped us to get SSO working in numerous environments.
