Salesforce Developer

Overview

AlphaBOLD are looking for a Salesforce Developer with 2-4 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. You will work alongside cross-functional teams to enhance our Salesforce environment and integrate it with other systems, ensuring we leverage the platform to its full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Development: Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Customization & Configuration: Configure Salesforce features like workflows, process builders, flows, and reports to meet business requirements.
• Integration: Work with various APIs, including REST and SOAP web services, to integrate Salesforce with other internal and external systems.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the Salesforce platform, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Testing & Deployment: Create and execute test plans for new features, conduct system testing, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Change Sets, Salesforce DX, or other deployment tools.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to gather requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain clear, detailed technical documentation for implemented solutions, including configurations, code, and integration setups.
• Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for existing Salesforce implementations, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Communities, and AppExchange.
• Integration Skills: Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs and integrating Salesforce with external systems.
• Database Knowledge: Familiarity with SOQL and SOSL for querying Salesforce data.
• Salesforce Tools: Proficient in using tools such as Salesforce DX, Change Sets, Workbench, and Ant Migration Tool.
• Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: Ability to troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues and provide technical solutions.
• Certifications (Preferred): Salesforce Developer (Platform Developer I or II), Salesforce Administrator certification, or other relevant Salesforce certifications.
• Team Player: Ability to work in an Agile development environment with cross-functional teams.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Salesforce Communities or Salesforce CPQ.
• Familiarity with DevOps processes and tools for Salesforce deployment automation.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for building advanced Lightning components.
