Recently, Microsoft published AlphaBOLD’s success story on their customer portal featuring JWC Environmental, a world leader in solids reduction, removal systems and product destruction for municipal and industrial applications. The comprehensive case study discusses how AlphaBOLD helped JWC Environmental effectively revamp their contact center solution with Unified Service Desk (USD) and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
