Job Description:

AlphaBOLD is looking for a talented, experienced, and motivated Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.  AlphaBOLD’s Corporate office is located in Carlsbad, California and this position will report to AlphaBOLD’s VP of Sales and Marketing.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Build productive and trusting relationships with clients
  • Tackle projects that are time-critical
  • Outbound Sales: Making contacts via phone, email, and networking
  • Lead Generation
  • Account Management to identify cross sell opportunities
  • Maintain and build a pipeline of new and existing client projects
  • Coordinate with Project Managers to perform demos and develop proposals
  • Provide continuous, excellent customer service to client base
  • Other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Sales experience of NetSuite is a plus
  • Sales experience of Dynamics 365 is a plus
  • Software sales is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • 1-2 years of sales experience
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales success
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • A positive, “can do” attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • General understanding of the principles of sales
  • Strong will and determination to reach established sales goals
