Senior Graphic Designer

Job Overview: 

As a Senior Graphic Designer at AlphaBOLD, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our company. You will be responsible for creating compelling designs across various mediums including websites, social media, video content, and marketing collateral. Your creative expertise will help in delivering impactful and user-friendly designs that align with our brand and meet our audience’s needs. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Video Editing and Production: Produce and edit high-quality videos for overview videos, demos, and social media campaigns. 
• Web Design: Create aesthetically pleasing and functional website designs and improve the overall look and feel of the website by ensuring consistent branding. 
• Social Media Design: Create engaging graphics and visual content for different social media platforms. 
• Marketing Collateral Design: Design compelling marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and presentation templates that align with our brand guidelines. 
• E-Book and Brochure Design: Craft visually appealing and informative e-books and brochures to support our marketing and communication efforts. 
• Brand Development: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and maintain a consistent brand image across all platforms and materials. 
• Mentorship and Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior resources, helping them grow in their roles. 
• Industry Trends and Tools: Stay abreast of current design trends and tools, continually refining your skills and knowledge. 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or related field. 
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web design, UI, video editing, and social media projects. 
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). 
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. 
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. 
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. 
• Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
