Job Description
AlphaBOLD is looking for a resilient, empathic business development executive to contribute to the
growth of our company. the ideal candidate should be self-motivated enough to reach out and bring in
new business. Business development executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients,
encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in


  • Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce (email features), Data
    Mining tools, Email Hunter,, and Seamless AI for LinkedIn and Marketing Campaigns.
  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce products/services and establish initial contact.
  • Employ data mining techniques to identify potential leads and execute targeted email marketing
    campaigns for client acquisition and engagement.
  • Manage and oversee the entire sales process/cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring
    efficient workflow and optimal conversion rates.
  • Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
  • Working with senior team members in identifying and researching opportunities that come up in
    new and existing markets.
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
  • Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
  • Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up.
  • Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey service value.
    propositions, negotiate terms, and build rapport with clients.


  • Proven experience in using HubSpot, Salesforce, Data Mining, Email Hunter,, and
    Seamless AI.
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling and lead generation.
  • Proficiency in data mining techniques and strategic implementation of email marketing
  • In-depth knowledge of the sales process, from lead identification to deal closure.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt and effectively use various tools for client outreach and engagement.
