Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics Solution Architect with expertise in Power Platform and customer engagement to lead the design and implementation of comprehensive Dynamics solutions for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecting, configuring, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 applications, with a focus on leveraging the Power Platform suite of tools. Strong knowledge of the Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Marketing (insights and journeys).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
  • Design and architect end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365, with a specific emphasis on customer engagement and Power Platform components.
  • Lead the development and customization of Microsoft Dynamics applications, including configuration, scripting, and integration with other systems.
  • Provide technical leadership in the implementation of Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams on Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay current with industry trends, Microsoft updates, and emerging technologies related to Microsoft Dynamics and the Power Platform.


  • Minimum 8 years of proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Solution Architect, with a focus on customer engagement and Power Platform.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or relevant work experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 architecture, customization, and configuration.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of integration concepts and experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics with other enterprise systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Must have Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
