Job Overview:

As an IT Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and executing the Warehouse management solution implementation within our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in project management methodologies, IT infrastructure, and team leadership will be essential in driving the successful completion of IT initiatives. It is essential that the candidate have experience working with the onshore – offshore model.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Initiation:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

2. Project Execution and Monitoring:

• Lead the teams in executing tasks according to the project plan.
• Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Communicate project status updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that may impede project progress.

3. Stakeholder Engagement:

• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including internal departments, external vendors, and clients.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and expectations.
• Address stakeholder concerns and solicit feedback to continuously improve project outcomes.

4. Budget and Cost Control:

• Develop project budgets and track expenditures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage project finances to optimize resource utilization.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, meeting minutes, and change requests.
• Compile and analyze data to generate insights into project performance and make informed decisions.
• Prepare and present project status reports and presentations to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information technology or business administration
• At least 3 Years proven experience in IT project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Multiple successful end-to-end cloud ERP implementations.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
• Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP system or NetSuite Warehouse management system is required.
• Experience with WMS or migration of WMS systems is a plus
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Limited travel may be required.
• Local preferred (Carlsbad, CA), remote considered.
