Job Description:

AlphaBOLD is looking for a responsible Practice Manager with strong project management and communication skills to join our Team. This position will report to our Director of Customer Engagement and will be located in our Carlsbad California office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead consulting engagements from post sales to successful delivery of a project in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, risk, client engagement, and achievement of required business outcomes
  • Deliver and manager multi-stream technical engagements with partners and customers complete with executive-level reporting on program progress and financials
  • Directs and mobilizes the consulting team, guiding and developing individual team members while leading the day-to-day execution of client programs with minimal oversight or direction
  • Direct the delivery and implementation of professional services and packaged solutions implementation
  • Contribute to the analysis, design, and implementation of business performance approaches, developing tailor-made solutions and working with clients to ensure positive impact and sustainable results
  • Ensure successful client programs and team performance with superior analytical, quantitative and conceptual thinking skills combined with strong interpersonal and communication skills


Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
  • Master’s degree in computer science or related field is a plus
  • Master’s in business administration (MBA) is a plus
  • Experience with Dynamics CRM is a must and experience with other CRM systems like Salesforce would be a benefit
  • Experience working and interacting with an offshore team would also be a benefit
  • 10+ years of experience in implementation of Microsoft Professional Services
  • 5+ years of customer engagement experience in a technology consulting environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, team building, organizational and motivational skills
  • Self-motivating, adaptable, able to prioritize and to inspire and motivate others
  • Ability to work with remote workers
